Traineeships

Mathisi specialises in government funded traineeships. Government incentives can cover the total cost of a traineeship and have a cash-positive outcome for employers.

Our full and part-time traineeships are available for all permanent staff and provide structured work/study programs which are tailored to suit your specific business needs. Training is conducted at the workplace, unless otherwise requested, over a minimum 3 months or more, depending on the employer’s requirements.

The result . . . staff are rewarded with an exciting opportunity to learn new skills and obtain a nationally recognised qualification, whilst the employer reaps the benefits of better trained and loyal team members. It’s a win/win for all!

And because the cost of Mathisi’s Traineeships are significantly less than the government subsidies available, all surpluses are passed directly on to you, the employer.
